The host family behind the product

We needed one schedule both sides could trust.

We are Josh and Ramsey Ford. We built Au Pair Schedule from the same daily problem other host families know: the plan lives in too many places, a changed pickup gets buried, and no one feels completely sure which version is current.

Why we built it

Clarity should not require another family meeting.

Generic calendars can hold events. They do not explain who owns the au pair schedule, keep J-1 hour boundaries in view, or make a saved-day change feel unmistakable.

Au Pair Schedule gives the host family clear editing responsibility and gives the au pair a dependable view, change requests, and day-specific notifications. That role boundary is intentional.

It is an organizational tool, not legal advice. Families should continue to follow their sponsor agency and official U.S. Department of State guidance.
